Hello everyone.

If you have used Google Scholar in the past few days, you might have seen that they have released their "2019 Scholar Metrics" report. I did a few searches for keywords like lingustics, language teaching, English, etc. and came up with a ranked list of 81 potential journals that you all might be interested in. The top 10 are not terribly surprising:

  1. Applied Linguistics
  2. TESOL Quarterly
  3. The Modern Language Journal
  4. Journal of Pragmatics
  5. Journal of Computer Assisted Learning
  6. Reading and Writing
  7. Language Teaching Research
  8. Language Learning & Technology
  9. Language Learning
  10. Journal of Second Language Writing

I have a spreadsheet with a list of 81 journals ranked by h-5 scores. I am unable to upload it to the forum, so if you want a copy, then please let me know!
