The Airport Pick-Up

 

The airport meet and greet staffs will be waiting to welcome all the delegates at the Arrival Hall area during December 12 th -14 th, 2007. The staffs are in yellow T-shirt and will carry a signboard of “ESEA 2007”. The staff will deliver you to the seating area to wait for the hotel shuttle bus which will depart every hour. You will have to prepare some Thai notes to pay for the shuttle bus fare which ranges between 300-350 Baht per trip per person. The staff can also help you with money exchange. There is a private transportation service available for you at the rate of 1,400 Baht per trip. The staff will also deliver you to the hotel and assist you with the check-in.

 

The Airport Transfer

 

The transfer staff will pick you up at the hotel lobby. The transfer fares are 300- 350 Baht (300 Baht for the day shift 08.00-17.00; 350 Baht for the night shift 17.00-21.00) The departure time from hotel is 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00 and 20:00 during December 14 th – 16 th, 2007. There is also a private airport transfer service available for you at the rate of 1,400 Baht per trip departing at your convenience.

 

Please arrange and confirm your airport pick-up and transfer at guarantservice@yahoo.com, stating your flight details, date and time of your arrival and departure at least 3 days prior to your arrival dates( Thailand local time).

Remarks:

1. Delegates arriving or departing other than the stated dated are emphasized to make your own airport pick-up and transfer. 2. Any walk-in arrivals are allowed to use the airport pick-up service only when there are some available seats. The fares are the same as the above rates. 3. Any cancellation for the booking must be made as soon as possible and must be prior to your arrival and departure dates. 4.
